Dear Marty and Les,
I just wanted to thank you both for running an outstanding wedding last night. I'm so glad I was finally able to have an event at Temple Emanu-El after years of hearing about how great a venue it is. Your professionalisim and expertise made my job that much easier last night. I'm 1,000% positive that the Hoffmans and Spiras were thrilled with the outcome. Looking forward to working together again on future events.
All the best and thanks for everything-

Dearest Marty and Les,
Beyond - that's the word that I use to describe the fabulous wedding that we had for our children Tamar and Ezra. It's been two weeks since that glorious night, and the phone still rings from our guests telling us that this was the most elegant and warm wedding that they had ever attended. As I told you when we booked the wedding "our people are a jaded bunch." Our guests were bowled over with the service of your staff, how they catered (pardon the pun) to their every want and need. They were so impressed with the hospitality upon leaving. Although, I can't believe that they could still eat after the lavish smorgesbord and sumptous dinner, they were rightfully impressed with the excellent taste of each and every morsel of food.
You were so easy to work with, and guided us impecably with your excellent taste. Beyond, that's how wonderful our wedding was because of the two of you and your superb staff. There is a reason I refer to you as Les and Bless. Continue in health and happiness to make everyone's Simcha as joyous and memorable as ours.
Fondly,
Elsa and Tommy Adler
Dear Les and Marty,
Thank you so much for making sure Jason and I had the wedding of our dreams. I never dreamed of a more perfect fairytale wedding, and I am truly grateful to have been able to be married at Temple Emanu-El. Everything about the night was top-notch and every detail was perfect. You and your team were the best- and our guests all had a magnificent time (and said they'd never seen or eaten so much delicious food in their lives!!!). We hope to return as guests one day soon!
Warmly,
Amy and Jason Black
Dear Les and Marty,
Ruth and I wanted to thank youonce again for all your efforts in making this years Dinner Dance the most successful ever. Your fantastic presentation was only topped by the variety and quality of your food. We know how difficult is was to prepare for for 478 people. the service for the dinner portion was top draw and I am certain not to be equalled anywhere. From our first meeting until the close of the Dinner Dance, it was simply a joy to work with both of you. Your professionalism combined with your easy manner an willingness to please are indeed a winning combination. Our Temple's catering needs are in wonderful hands. May we continue to grow together for years to come.
Sincerely, Bruce & Ruth

It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation and thanks. My daughter's wedding held at Temple Emanu-El September 2009 was much more than spectacular. The synogogue of course, is magnificent, but your attention to the minute details that ensure that a wedding celebration is wonderful, is fabulous. Your staff under the superb direction of Marty, could not have been any better. The facility was winderful, the food selection and presentation unbeleivable, and the people who work for you, exemplary. The ending of the evening with the sweets, coffee and tea etc also was the talk of the town.
I might add that both Stacie, Steven and Steven's family and I, received emails and calls following the wedding, applauded your efforts. It was a magical evening, one that my family and I will treasure forever. I cannot truly put into words all that I would like to say to thank youfor the unbeleivable affair that we held in your facility. I can only hope that in the future, just as I was married in the synogogue where your grandfather was the caterer, and Stacie's Bat Mitzvah celebration was B'nai tikvah, another one of your venues, that another generation from our family will be priviledged to hold another simcha with you in charge. Les, you are truly the best!!!
Thank you so much again from all of us.
Sincerely,
Ilene
Marty and Les,
Since early Thursday afternoon I have been thinking how I can express my gratitude for what you have given me and my husband (crazy!), Jonathan, and our families. From the first moment that my mother met you just over three months ago we felt confident that we were in good hands. We had no idea that your hand are not good hands, but godlike hands!
Les - When we walked in that afternoon, the tour you gave us almost made my dream wedding a palpable reality. If you recall, our conversation towards the end of our meeting, we were doing anything to find a date taht would work - and I'm so glad we did.
Marty - Peace of mind is not something a bride often comes by. Jonathan and I met just seven months ago. While our romance has been a whirlwind fairytale, one worth a script and a Hollywood ending, a three month engagement is not a lot of time to pull together a fairytale wedding suited for our romance. You gave me my dream wedding. When Jonathan met you he knew that you would help me and be an aid during the arduous process of planning the wedding. Every time we spoke on the phone or met at the temple I felt a calm that no matter what would happen on the 28th it would be perfect. You did not disappoint.
As I compose this email, I am welling up with tears. I think all three of us have an idea of how hard we each worked to pull this wedding togther. You and your whole staff, Manny, Angela and everyone else are top notch, consummate professionals. I would advise all of my friends and family to not get married anywhere but Temple Emanu-El and to work with no one but Northern Valley Affairs.
Somehow in all the planning I never thought about what it would be like on the other side. I never thought about August 29th - and I have to tell you, being married to Jonathan is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Thank you fo rmaking my new life possible. Thank you for making my dreams come true.
You will both always hold special places in my heart.
With great and warm affection,
Sarah
Dear Les and Marty,
Steve and I want to thank you for helping to make the ultimate wedding of our dreams. From the shots of patron after the ceremony to the ridiculously unreal cocktail hour and the menu, to the takeaway desserts at the end, the wedding was over the top and simply perfect. Most importantly, your staff was excellent and really top notch.
Please thank Angela especially for her tremendous help all night long and for making sure we were also fed durinf the cocktail hour! Thank you again for always treating us like family. We hope that in a few years to come, you'll be seeing us again for one of our children's special occasions.
